How to connect

You sign in to TakeMeUp once and choose Allow. Your assistant then works on your account — it never sees your password.

Claude

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste the server address. Then sign in to TakeMeUp and choose Allow.

ChatGPT

The TakeMeUp app for ChatGPT is in review. Once it's live, you'll find it in ChatGPT's app directory and connect it in a few clicks.

Add the server from your terminal, then run /mcp, choose takemeup and sign in.

  • Deleting a CV or your account
  • Giving or withdrawing AI consent

Your data, your control

Your assistant sees only what it asks TakeMeUp for on your behalf, such as your CV content. Tools that change or publish your CV are marked, so your assistant asks you first, and nothing is made public unless you ask.

Every connected assistant is listed on your account page, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

Questions

Do I need a TakeMeUp account?

Yes. Your assistant works on your own TakeMeUp CVs, so you sign in to TakeMeUp when you connect it. You can create an account during sign-in.

Does it cost extra?

No. Your assistant uses your TakeMeUp account as it is: the same features and limits you have on the website.

Can the assistant see my password?

No. You sign in on TakeMeUp's own page and choose Allow. The assistant gets an access token that works only for TakeMeUp, and you can revoke it at any time.

Which languages and countries?

CVs in 14 languages, with each country's conventions — photo, date of birth, date format — applied for you.

Where do the AI features run?

Your assistant does the talking. TakeMeUp's own AI features (rewrite, cover letter, translation…) run on TakeMeUp and need your AI consent, given once on the website.
