Building and previewing your CV is always free — you only pay to download a finished PDF or to go PRO, so you always see exactly what you're getting before you pay. This page is a plain-English summary; the binding terms are in our Terms of Service.
One-shot download (€9)
A single €9 payment unlocks one CV's PDF download, plus a 14-day window to download it again. It is a one-time purchase — nothing recurring.
PRO subscription
PRO comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If it's not for you, email us within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund. Cancel anytime from your account under Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't pro-rate partial months.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a paid plan without giving a reason. Because our paid CV downloads and AI features are digital content delivered immediately — at your request — this right is lost once you start using them. In short: if you haven't yet downloaded a paid CV or used a paid AI feature, you can still withdraw within 14 days; once you have, the purchase is final. (The PRO money-back guarantee above still applies regardless.)
