How does the CV job match score work?

We compare your CV against the job description across hard skills, experience, industry and education, then give you a 0–100 score, the keywords the ad wants that your CV is missing, and bullet rewrites tailored to the role — so you can pass ATS keyword screening and match the job more closely.

Does it invent skills to raise my score?

No. Every suggestion is grounded in your real CV — it rephrases what you've actually done to echo the job's wording, and any rewrite that adds a skill or number not in your original is rejected automatically. It never fabricates experience to inflate the score.

Is the job match free, and what does PRO cost?

You can build a CV and see a sample match with no sign-up. Running the full match on your own CV — the score, the missing keywords and the tailored rewrites — is part of PRO (€12/month or €79/year).

Are my CV and the job description kept private?

Yes. Your CV and the job text are used only to run the match and generate rewrites — never sold or shared. See our privacy policy for retention and the subprocessors involved.
